Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Role Summary: The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics activities. They will ensure that inventory is managed efficiently, deliveries are well-coordinated, and all import/export and clearing processes are handled smoothly. The supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing costs, managing vendors, and ensuring proper documentation for all warehouse and logistics transactions. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management Inventory Control & Reporting Logistics & Distribution Management Import, Export & Clearing Coordination Vendor & Cost Optimization Documentation & Compliance Team Management & Training Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum Experience: 5+ years in warehouse and logistics management. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). - Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. - Experience in import/export and clearing procedures in the UAE. - Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs regulations, and duty exemptions. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Strong negotiation skills for vendor and cost management. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
