**Walk-in Interviews on 11th and 12th December 2024** **Time from 10:30 am to 12:30pm.** **Location : Cosmos Sports, 36 Bin Easa Mubarak - Zaa'beel St - Al Karama - Duba**i **Designation: Retail Sales Associate** Monthly Compensation AED 2500 To AED 3500 - Assists customers by helping them select products. - Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. - Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. - Responds to customers’ questions/queries - Provides outstanding customer service. - Upsell and cross-sell. - Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. - Contribute to maintaining the Retail hygiene and ambiance. **Requirement** - **1-2 years of sales experience in Sports Retail.** - understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Proficient in verbal and written English language, Arabic is a plus point. - Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business - Customer service focus - Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred **Benefits**: - Salary AED 2500 To AED 3500 - Annual Leave As per the labor Law of UAE. - Health insurance. - Permanent employment visa as per work contract.
