Hey Folks – We’re Hiring!Expert Recruitment LLC is supporting a reputable UAE-based organisation to recruit an experienced Factory In Charge for a joinery/carpentry manufacturing facility. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily factory operations, supervise teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in joinery or carpentry manufacturing.Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and production workflows.Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and organise teams.Troubleshooting ability to identify production issues and implement practical solutions.Familiarity with HSE and safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments.Diploma/Degree in woodworking, carpentry, or a related technical discipline is preferred.Valid UAE driving license is required.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise carpenters, machinists, and assembly personnel to meet production targets.Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.Maintain quality control across all production stages and enforce workmanship standards.Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets, flagging variances and suggesting improvements.Coordinate with design, procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.Oversee inventory and resource management, ensuring materials and spare parts are tracked and available.Enforce safety compliance and promote best practices on the shop floor.What We’re Looking For:A practical, organised factory leader with strong technical knowledge of joinery processes, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of delivering quality outputs while keeping teams motivated and safe.
